Delete Your Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

From the App

You can delete your account directly from the KetoLuna app:

1. Open KetoLuna and go to Settings
2. Tap Account
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

By Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to hello@ketoluna.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile and credentials
• All food, activity, weight, and blood sugar logs
• Any photos you have uploaded
• Your quick chips and preferences
• All associated personal data

Processing Time

Account deletion from the app is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 48 hours. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
