We collect information you provide directly, including your name and email when you create an account, and the food, weight, glucose, and activity data you choose to log. Photos you upload are processed to identify food items and estimate nutritional content.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, including analyzing food photos with AI to estimate macros, storing your meal history, and sending you updates about the app (if you've opted in).

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you our services. Meal history and nutritional data are kept while your account exists so you can access your tracking history. If you stop using the app, we will retain your data for up to 12 months after your last activity, after which it will be automatically deleted. You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us.

Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your data, you can:

• Use the "Delete Account" option in the app settings to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
• Send a deletion request to hello@ketoluna.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention.
